The system was my domain. I was one of the premier attorneys in Ohio specializing in high-stakes Criminal Law, Business Litigation, and White Collar Defense. My career was built on maneuvering through the chaos. I defended Fortune 100 companies and executives in complex business litigation. I managed hundreds of criminal matters — including murder, embezzlement, and high-level drug trafficking — from inception to jury trial.
In 2016, at the urging of colleagues and mentors, I ran for U.S. Congress. By 2021 I reached the pinnacle of my field, making partner at a top firm. That trajectory made me a target. I soon became the subject of an indictment by an overzealous United States Attorney who sought to persecute, rather than prosecute. That story will come with receipts in time.
